END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Effective Date: December 2, 2024
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Hegmof Logistics Nig Ltd regarding your use of the Hegmof mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.
3. Restrictions
You are prohibited from:
- Modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the App.
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling the App except as permitted by applicable law.
- Using the App in any manner that could impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
4. Ownership
The App is owned and operated by Hegmof Logistics Nig Ltd. The software, together with all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in it, belongs exclusively to Hegmof Logistics Nig Ltd.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated by you or Hegmof Logistics. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Hegmof Logistics if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
6. Updates
The App may require updates from time to time. These updates may add, modify, or remove features from the App. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
7. Governing Law
This EULA and your use of the App shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this EULA will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth under Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate.
